I have been planning two different kind of events with my colleagues. One bigger one for the spring and one for the new students who are arriving in February. 

Planning the bigger event have kept us busy for awhile. We are trying to create something unique that people haven't seen before. The bigger event would take place in one of the known clubs in Valencia. The plan have been to create a day festival which would be on every Sunday. The club is holding three different areas; main stage, smaller room and outside garden. We also needed to create a proposal for the owner of the club,  with the proposal we will try to "sell" our idea.

Students love beer pong, that is for sure. We have been planning on a neon beer pong for the new arriving students. The neon beer pong would be arranged at one of our most known pub's. Our company have worked with the pub before so working with them again isn't going to be a problem. We want to use UV lights to create the perfect atmosphere. With neon paint and rubbish bags on the walls we make the pub match with the theme. 

Work in action 💪

We have been doing the pub crawl almost every Friday. Few Fridays needed to be skipped because we didn't have enough participants. Tourist season have ended so we don't have that much costumers. All the pub crawls we have had have been really successful. Everyone have had fun, that is the most important thing for us. 

We are offering now walking tours in the Old town of Valencia. To get some content I grabbed my phone and joined one of  them. My job was picture the tour, just enough to attract the costumers to join for one of the tours.

This years birthday was under the sun and palm trees 🎉

This year I celebrated my birthday in Spain. I would say I had my best one here! All my new friends joined me for the party I organised. On my birthday morning I woke up to amazing smell. My roomies surprised me with a banana cake. Of course they also sang me the happy birthday song. The party was really successful. Everyone had so much fun especially me.  We also had one of those disposable cameras, I can tell you that the photos were amazing!

Spending the holidays in Spain 🎅

Holidays I spended in Spain. We were free from work over 2 weeks. 

Christmas really didn't feel the same. The real Christmas feeling needs cold weather and finnish food. I still had amazing time because my dutch boyfriend flew here so we could spend the Christmas together. We had here 20 degrees and sunny almost the whole Christmas. I was able to make rice pudding for breakfast. While eating it we were watching Joulupukki & noitarumpu. Our Christmas dinner included foods from Finland, Netherlands and Spain. Food was good and we had so much fun while making it. Espesially with the lanttulaatikko. On the evening we gave the gifts and ate some tapas.

New Year's Eve wasn't that special here. We throw a nye party at my place. All my finnish friends, my boyfriend and my dutch friend Lisanne came to celebrate the nye together. You can't buy fireworks in Spain. That was a bit of a shock. Valencia had one big firework show in the center. Everyone was going there so we decided to stay in our rooftop and watch it! Night ended to the club and we danced until the last hours.

Last month is starting now 😢

We came back to work this week. It's crazy that I have only 3 weeks left. Time really flies here. I have already learned so much and experienced so many new things. Can't describe with words how grateful I am again. Can't wait what these next weeks have for me. Now I will enjoy every moment. Now here is colder. Next week it will be over 20 degrees again! At the work room rental stuff will keep my busy because all the new students are arriving in the start of February.
